Every customer has a personalized team that is assigned to their company specifically from sales to a personalized account manager and everything in between. We provide a 24 hour dispatch team that is always available to take your calls. They will assist with any concerns that you may have or any issues that could arise. Our dispatch team is in constant communication with all of our guards and patrol officers. Dispatch is always available to assist.
Personal account managers and trained security guards working together to make our customers happy
We assign a personal account manager to every account. Your hand selected personal account manager will see to it that all of your concerns are addressed. Your account manager will be able to answer all your questions. They will also be available to assist with any extra services or holiday coverage you may require. Your account manager is available to assist with all your needs regardless of if they stay the same or if changes are required. They will help guide you through the process so you will have guidance and assistance along the way. This is only one of the ways we like to assist our customers and show our thanks for you being a loyal and valued customer.
Knowledgeable sales team to assist you with all your security service needs
First you will meet with our sales team to go over all your needs and concerns. Once you have signed your contract our operations team will coordinate with you to walk your property and develop post orders specifically designed with your property and your property needs in mind. Our recruiting team will go over the post orders and get to work matching you with a guard that is best suited to fit the needs of your post. Once a guard is matched our scheduling manager will see to it that your guard is on schedule for your site. Our field supervisors and operations manager will be available to the guard for any questions he may have. Our billing team will then step in and verify all hours worked and bill for your guard. The billing team is available for any questions that you may have. Once billed and we receive payment it is applied to your account. If you have any questions regarding anything with your account your dedicated account manager will be available to assist you with all your needs. Our team wants to ensure our customers’ happiness through the entire process.
